Dry inlays have no adhesive and no liner — they are designed for embedding into rigid housings (hard tags, ID-1 / CR-80 PVC cards, key fobs, RTI tags) via heat lamination, ultrasonic welding, ABS injection over-mold, or mechanical assembly.
